Gladys is a Principal, BPOC's Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer who joined BPOC in 2020. She is responsible for all accounting, finance, and tax matters. Prior to BPOC, Gladys worked for CIVC Partners, Hamilton Partners, and KPMG. Gladys received a B.B.A. degree from Loyola University Chicago and her M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. She is a certified public accountant
