Jason helps drive the investment process at Boyne and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Boyne, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Greenlane Holdings (NASDAQ: GNLN), a global platform for cannabis ancillary products. At Greenlane, Jason led multiple M&A transactions, held several operational leadership roles, and supported the company’s IPO process. Jason was previously a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he focused on strategic and operational engagements across logistics, transportation, and industrial sectors. Jason received an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
