Bio

Robert Fortier is a Director on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity team. In this role, Robert is responsible for originating and executing investments in private businesses utilizing complex financial valuations, comprehensive company and industry analysis and structural, tax and financial considerations. Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors of NextEdge Networks. He also served on the Boards of prior portfolio companies RailPros and Veregy. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Robert worked for McCarthy Capital, an Omaha-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies with more than $1 billion of investment capital under management. Robert received a M.S. in Finance and B.S. degrees in Finance and Economics from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
