Greg Hiatrides is a Managing Director on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity team. In his role, Greg leads the firm’s private equity strategy where he is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in addition to team development. He is a member of the investment committee for the firm’s Private Equity Funds. Greg currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Amazing Care, One10, NextEdge Networks, Roseland Management, Kobelt Manufacturing and Veregy. He was the prior Chairman of the Board of Midstate Energy and CTS Group. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Greg served as a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance (previously St. Charles Capital) where he was responsible for providing strategic advisory services relating to merger and acquisition transactions to middle market companies. Prior to that, he served as an Analyst at the Bank of Ireland in the middle-market leverage finance group. Greg earned an MBA with High Honors at the University of Colorado and a BBA Cum Laude in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business.
