William “Bill” Koch joined Bourne Partners in 2022 as part of the healthcare investment banking team, with a focus on consumer healthcare. Bill is responsible for supporting the firm’s M&A assignments and driving Bourne’s consumer healthcare strategy. He brings a strong corporate development perspective to the team, which includes 12 years in Worldwide Business Development, Corporate Development, and Strategy with GSK Consumer Healthcare, where he led or participated in multiple M&A, licensing, and divestiture transactions. His background also includes corporate venture capital, and he successfully structured and implemented a $100M venture fund at PECO Energy. Bill holds a B.S. in Commerce & Engineering Sciences and an M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University, where he occasionally teaches Finance in the M.B.A. program. Based in Philadelphia, Bill and his family enjoy the beach, live music, and Eagles and Phillies season tickets.
