Bio

Prior to co-founding Boulder Brook, Rob was Vice President at Gemini Investors Inc., a private equity firm in Wellesley, MA that focuses on middle market growth companies. While at Gemini, Rob led eleven transactions in industries such as healthcare, education, software, business services and consumer. He also represented Gemini to nine Boards of Directors. Prior to Gemini, Rob was an Associate at Fidelity Capital Acquisitions Group, where he worked on several buyouts of middle market manufacturing companies. While at Fidelity, he also spent a significant portion of his time developing the strategic plan for a $400 million platform company in the building products distribution business. Before his private equity experience, Rob was a senior executive at School House Company, a $50 million consumer products manufacturing business. His responsibilities included operations, real estate, engineering, marketing, business development, sales, ERP implementation leadership and general management. He also served on the Board of Directors for the industry's national trade association. Rob received his A.B. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA.
