Mike Pepke is a partner and Managing Director with Borgman Capital. He is also a retired shareholder at the law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. where he worked for 41 years. Mr. Pepke’s extensive experience allows him to contribute practical, real-world advice to clients regarding complex legal and business matters. Over his career, Mr. Pepke has provided legal counsel to a wide range of companies involved in various industries. He also served as general counsel to privately-owned, middle-market companies with a focus on acquisitions and succession planning. At Borgman Capital, he focuses on expanding the firm’s deal flow and managing investment strategies. Mr. Pepke holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
