An expert in financial due diligence, Brent Adam has nearly 20 years of finance and accounting experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Adam started his career with Ernst & Young, where he spent 11 years in the mergers and acquisitions group after spending his first three years as an auditor. While working in M&A, he assisted both corporate and private equity clients on around 100 transactions. Mr. Adam focused on companies in the healthcare industry and worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies, advising on deals ranging from $1 million to $6 billion in enterprise value. After his time at Ernst & Young, Brent served as CFO at a food co-packing company and guided the company to a successful exit. Mr. Adam received both a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, and Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He serves on the board of directors of Olympus Group and is the Managing Member of the Adam Group LLC, an investment company. In 2022, Mr. Adam was named a 2022 Notable CFO by BizTimes Milwaukee.
