Bio

Ryan Lechner has over 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, finance, and technology. Prior to Bonsai, Ryan worked with Bain & Company, a global consultancy, where he advised Fortune 500 executives on their most pressing business challenges. He then worked on Netflix’s Content Strategy and FP&A team, partnering with Content leadership in operational and investment capacities to build out the company’s original content offering. He then joined a growth-stage technology company in NYC and built out its investment and R&D capabilities. Ryan has a Bachelors of Science in Commerce, concentrating in Finance, from the University of Virginia. Despite his love of Netflix, Ryan enjoys spending his free time going to the movies and shows, road cycling, and getting out of the house with his wife, Arielle.
