Bio

Bill was most recently a Principal at American Capital, Ltd., investing in subordinated debt and equity transactions as a member of the Philadelphia office deal team for over six years. Before that, he spent five years in management consulting, working first at Markowitz & McNaughton, Inc. in Reston, VA and then later co-founding Bainbridge, Inc., in southern CA. He also worked in business development at FOB.com, a Chicago-based business-to-business transaction website firm, and in medical research at Johns Hopkins University Medical School. Bill has a BS in Biology from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, from which he graduated with honors. Bill grew up in Berwyn, PA and now lives in Berwyn, PA with his wife and three sons.
