Martin joined Blue Water Energy in 2013 and has 20 years of private equity and M&A experience. He has specialised in the oil and gas sector since 2003, previously holding roles with HitecVision and KPMG Corporate Finance in Aberdeen, and RBC Capital Markets in London. Martin’s responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to execution, monitoring and exit strategy evaluation and specialises in the upstream oilfield services and equipment and midstream sectors. He is currently a board member of Unique Group (UAE), 3T Energy (UK), GPS Group (Singapore) and Optilan Group (UK). Martin is a qualified CA and holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.
