Bio

Louise joined Bluewater in 2018 and has over 20 years of Private Equity experience.  Louise is responsible for leading both the finance and Fund operations function of the firm including fund and deal structuring, tax, portfolio and investor reporting and compliance together with responsibility for the oversight of HR, office management and IT functions.  She is also a member of the ESG committee. Before joining Bluewater, Louise was Chief Administration Officer at Langham Hall, a private equity and real estate fund administrator and, before then, Fund Operations Manager at Park Square Capital, a leading private equity credit investor and Fund Financial Accountant at Electra Partners, one of the UK’s oldest private equity firms. Louise holds a degree in Business and Economics from Salford University.
