Mr. Silk is a Partner at Blue Sea Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mark assists with the evaluation and management of primarily aerospace & defense and industrial growth investments. Currently, Mark serves on the Board of Directors of Sunvair Aerospace Group. Mark also serves as CEO of ThinKom Solutions, where he is repositioning this early stage industrial growth company to sustainably grow in the future. Previously, Mark was President & CEO of Tri-Star Electronics and Integrated Aerospace. Mark began his career by founding an aerospace & defense machining business, which through organic growth and four acquisitions, he grew into Trig Aerospace, the business that would ultimately serve as the platform investment for Integrated Aerospace. Mark is married with two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking and spending time with his family.
