Eric Hansen Bio

As a Partner at Blue Sea Capital, Eric is responsible for establishing quality relationships with business owners and executives, sourcing and executing transactions and assisting in the transformational growth of middle market companies in the industrial growth and aerospace & defense industries. He serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Eric was a Founder and Senior Managing Director of Antares Capital. During his tenure, he was a member of the Operating and Investment Screening Committees and a West Coast Team Leader and was responsible for originating new business. Previously, Eric held senior positions with Heller Financial and KPMG Peat Marwick, where he began his career.
