Mr. Wandoff is a Managing Partner at Blue Sea Capital and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Rick is responsible for leading and managing the firm, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing primarily industrial growth and aerospace & defense investments. Currently, Rick serves on the Board of Directors of DDS Lab, Deca Dental, NSi Industries, RESA Power and Sunvair Aerospace Group. Prior to founding Blue Sea Capital, Rick was a Partner of Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle market private equity firm. During this time, Rick served on the Board of Directors of Cosmetic Essence, Integrated Aerospace, MW Industries and Tri-Star Electronics. Rick began his career at Arthur Andersen and served as a Manager in the firm’s transaction advisory practice at its world headquarters.
