Lisa Earleywine returned to Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) in 2019 as the General Manager of Pine Ridge Business Park. She oversaw the operation of the Park, while also acting as Property Manager for multi-tenant office buildings. In September 2019 she was promoted to Vice President, Director of Property Management, overseeing all of BRES’ property management division. Her specialties include the management of commercial, retail and industrial property with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Lisa has worked with a number of major institutional clients including local and national owners such as Allstate, Presidio Real Estate, Lennar Partners, Equitable Life Assurance and Archon Group. She currently holds the designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager) and RPA (Real Property Administrator). She currently serves as an executive board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She graduated from MId-America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Management and also holds her real estate salesperson license in both Kansas and Missouri.
