Kim Mann originally joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC in 2009 and has worked throughout the accounting department in management positions. In 2019 she was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer and ultimately Chief Financial Officer in 2020 to better reflect her role and responsibilities within the company. She is cross trained on every function within the accounting department, allowing her to help when needed and better train new hires. Her experience with BRES runs deep as she also served four years as a Property Controller. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in diverse accounting and leadership roles in complex, highly regulated environments, with most taking place in the commercial real estate industry. She has previously worked for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and tech, gaming, and non-profit industries progressively taking on more responsibility. Kim graduated summa cum laude from Maryville University St. Louis, Missouri with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She received her Certified Public Accounting designation in 2013. She was elected to the Rising Star Class of 2013 by the Kansas City Business Magazine and the 2020 class of Women Who Mean Business by the Kansas City Business Journal.
