Bio

Grant Reves joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC in February 2007 as an investment real estate specialist in Kansas City with a focus on property acquisitions outside Kansas City and investment sales in the Kansas City area. As a member of Block’s Investment Services Group, Grant’s responsibilities on behalf of clients include the review and analysis of potential acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, transaction valuation and execution, and detailed financial modeling. Since 2002, Grant has been involved in transactions totaling more than $4 billion. In 2012 Grant helped launch the multifamily acquisition platform for Block Funds. Since the first acquisition of The Settlement in Kyle, Texas in January of 2013, Grant has procured and closed over $500 million in multifamily acquisitions in six states. Grant earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri. In 2009, the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) recognized Grant as the city’s top volume investment broker. Then in 2010, he was selected by KC Business Magazine as one of Kansas City’s Rising Stars. Grant has also been named as a Power Broker by CoStar Group four times since 2004. Grant received a bachelor’s degree in finance and received his MBA from Kansas State University in 2002. Grant was a varsity letter man for the Kansas State University football team from 1996-2000 and was also named to the Academic All-Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll during his career. Grant is originally from Richardson, Texas and now resides in Lenexa, Kansas.
