Andrea Valeri is Chairman of Blackstone Italy and a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone Credit. Prior to Blackstone Credit, Mr. Valeri worked in the Tactical Opportunities Group and led several investments including Center Parcs, JOA Group, De Nora, GEMS Education, Versace, Beauparc, Murka and SuperBet. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Valeri was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, and worked at Bain & Co. He received an MBA from Columbia University, where he graduated with honors, and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Padua, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Valeri serves as a Director of De Nora, JOA Group, Beauparc, Murka and SuperBet.
