Ms. Lazorko is a CPA, CGA with over 12 years of public company experience and financial services, with an emphasis in corporate restructuring, amalgamations and asset acquisitions. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Blackhawk Resource Corp. Additionally, she has acted as a financial advisor for a multitude of other private transactions in the oil and gas industry.
