Marc Kaadi is Investor Relations Director at Blackfin. He joined the firm in 2021. In 2022, Marc was also appointed Diversity Equity Inclusion Lead at BlackFin and serves as its representative at Level 20 and Out Investors. He started his career in 2006 as a Portfolio Manager Assistant at Bank of America, then as a Product Specialist and finally as a Relationship Manager. Between 2015-2020, he worked alternatively as a private equity placement agent at two boutiques and at as a Content RFP Manager AXA IM. An American citizen, Marc graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is also a CFA Charterholder and an active volunteer at CFA Society France, where he has held various positions since 2014 including serving as a Board Director for 5 years and being elected Vice President.
