C. Birge Sigety is a Chief Executive Officer of Bison Investments, Inc. Bison is private investment fund that Birge started in 1996 to invest in underperforming businesses and start-ups with a focus on manufacturing, distribution, and other businesses in the Southeast US. In addition Birge is involved in the real estate industry and as an investor in a number of private and public companies. Prior to Bison he had over 20 years of experience in Healthcare Services and in Manufacturing businesses. Before starting Bison Birge was President and CEO of Professional Medical Products, Inc. (PMP) of Greenwood, SC. The firm had sales of over $165,000,000, nine manufacturing plants, 2200 employees and did business in the US and 40 other countries. Birge holds a BA in English Literature from Bates College.
