Bio

Aalek began his career as an Executive with Rothschild in their London office. While at Rothschild, he advised clients from the consumer and financial institutions industries on mergers and acquisitions, operations and restructurings. Subsequently, he joined his family’s company, where he managed manufacturing and sales to large and medium sized corporate clients. In his time there, he acquired several key accounts for the company and grew sales through new customer acquisition and increased sales to existing customers, significantly outperforming the market and other divisions at the firm. In addition, he played a key role establishing several new offices and led major initiatives both within the firm and at group-affiliated companies. Aalek graduated from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, majoring in Economics and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School. He likes to spend time with his family, travel and scuba dive.
