An innovative thinker and leader, Pauline focuses on the strategic, operational and value creation process at Birch Lake through identifying new portfolio opportunities and helping lead the disciplined due diligence and execution of business opportunities. She is also responsible for leveraging and fortifying relationships and communications with the firm’s strategic alliances, operating partners, referral sources and vendors. For two decades, Pauline supported the partnership at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in its design and implementation of strategic corporate intelligence, marketing and business development initiatives.Pauline is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association and their respective women’s networks. She is also an Associate Board member at the Chinese American Service League. Pauline is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in political science and studied at American University Washington, D.C. and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
