Bio

Lucio joined Birch Hill in 2015. He provides portfolio companies with board finance, governance and accounting expertise as well as general finance management. Lucio has also served as interim CFO at several portfolio companies. As a member of Birch Hill’s ESG team, he supported the implementation of our ESG framework and reporting and is now focused on our climate change initiatives. Lucio currently serves as a Director on the Board of Our Children’s Medicine (OCM). He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries, including chemical manufacturing and processing, financial services, engineering and project management, information systems outsourcing, telecommunication, mining, real estate, and retailing.
