Bio

Prior to joining Birch Hill in 2019, Jennifer was a Senior Associate in Operations at Medcan, where she worked on the implementation of a data visualization software, flow optimization, and managed a team of medical research assistants. As a member of Birch Hill’s ESG team, she supported the development of our ESG framework and reporting and is now focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Jennifer received her HBA (with distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University, and an Honours Bachelor of Medical Science (with distinction) from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University.
