Craig Transue is a Director at BHC Capital Partners and serves as a member of the Advisor’s Investment Committee. Mr. Transue focuses on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities as well as the monitoring of portfolio companies. Mr. Transue has over 24 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and debt underwriting for both public and private companies across a variety of industries including, General Industrials, Technology, Apparel, Retail and Consumer products. Previously, Mr. Transue served as an Investment Committee member in CIT’s Asset Management business as well as a Director in the firm’s Sponsor Finance Group. Prior to CIT, Mr. Transue held various roles at JPMorgan Chase after starting his career at Standard & Poors. Mr. Transue earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated from Boston College with a BA in Political Science. He also holds Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA registrations.
