Dylan joined BGF in January 2022 to focus on the sourcing of new investments and bolt-on acquisitions for the portfolio. Prior to this, he spent two years in the Research & Development team at Houlihan Lokey, helping to originate corporate finance mandates across a variety of different sectors.
