Bio

Volker Oschkinat is a co-founder and Partner of Beyond Capital Partners. With more than 30 years of experience Volker combines long standing operational, entrepreneurial, investment and Mittelstand/SME experience. Over the last 10 years he worked as interim CEO/CFO/CRO as well as Strategy and M&A Consultant on numerous national and international transactions. Previously Volker was Managing Director/ CEO of several German Mittelstand Companies including Josef Otten GmbH, Textilgruppe Hof AG, Van Delden GmbH. During this period he gained significant experience in Sales, Marketing and Procurement with a high degree of international exposure. Prior to that Volker worked in International Controlling at PolyGram GmbH (later Universal Music) and as assistant to the board at Erba AG.He studied economics at the University of Hamburg and holds a Diplom-Volkswirt. Furthermore he gained a Bachelor of Business Administration at Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA, formerly Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg).
