In his role as a senior executive within our Operations Group, Steve works with our management teams to execute operational improvements and to optimize how our people, processes, and resources are utilized. With 24 years of experience designing and implementing organizational restructuring initiatives, for everything from small domestic companies to large global conglomerates, Steve is able to help management teams improve virtually any business. Steve’s passion for operational excellence may only be surpassed by his passion for food – particularly pizza. He spends his free time cooking for his daughter, family, and friends and pursuing the creation of the “perfect” pizza at his home in Orlando, FL.
