Ivy oversees Bertram’s Finance and Compliance functions. Prior to Bertram, Ivy was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Investment Management audit practice. Previous to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ivy was at Novogradac and Company LLP where she focused on audit and tax work for real estate investments.
