Mark Spender is a Partner at Bernhard Capital Partners. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee, serves on the Portfolio Committee, and is involved in all areas of the Firm’s investment activities. Prior to joining Bernhard Capital Partners, Mark most recently served as a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Group of Credit Suisse. During his more than 15 years in investment banking, Mark focused on a variety of industrial sub-sectors, including engineering and construction, building products and construction materials, and industrial distribution. He brings extensive transaction experience and has advised a variety of clients on more than 100 transactions, including more than 30 corporate sales, mergers or acquisitions, equity monetization’s or other corporate finance assignments. Mark received his B.B.A. with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
