Justin Ruel is an Operating Partner and Finance Specialist in the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2015, Justin was with Deloitte & Touche for 19 years, where he most recently was an Accounting Partner and led the mergers and acquisitions services practice in New England. Justin received a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island.
