Bio

Bill is responsible for executing new investment opportunities and working with existing portfolio companies. He serves as a board director for Beringea portfolio companies Flywheel Exchange, Complion, Avid Ratings, and Fiber By-Products and is a board observer for ATLAS Space Operations, Hygenica, and Freeosk. He previously served as a board director for Montage Talent (acquired by Shaker International). Prior to joining Beringea, Bill served as an investment banking associate at P&M Corporate Finance in Southfield, Mich., where he supported the management of middle market sell-side and buy-side transactions, advising clients on divestitures, acquisitions, and refinancings. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
