Vanessa is Partner and General Counsel at Beringea, advising management and senior stakeholders on all legal and regulatory matters and overseeing its legal and compliance, finance and operations functions. Vanessa qualified as a lawyer at Reed Smith LLP and has over 15 years’ experience both in private practice and in-house roles. Most recently, she was Head of Legal at Breed Reply, a specialist tech fund. Vanessa has a LLB in Law and American Legal Systems having studied at the University of East Anglia (UK) and the University of British Columbia (Canada).
