Stuart Veale is the Managing Partner at Beringea LLP. For more than 20 years, he has played a key role as the firm has grown to become one of the UK’s leading venture capital companies. He sits on the investment committees of all the firm’s UK funds and represents Beringea on the board of Lumar (formerly DeepCrawl). He was previously a director of Contact Engine, Chess Dynamics, Third Bridge, Firefly Learning, InSkin Media and ResponseTap among others. Stuart has worked in the venture capital industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Beringea, Stuart was a Senior Director at Lloyds Development Capital, where he headed the Thames Valley office, and started his career in venture capital with 3i plc. Stuart was also Chair of the Venture Capital Trust Association in 2020.
