Ms. Gleason joined Berggruen Holdings in 2017 as Administrative Director. In recognition of her exceptional leadership and strategic vision, she was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2018 and subsequently to Director of Operations in 2023. As Director of Operations, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. She works closely with senior management to drive operational efficiencies, manage budgets, and streamline processes.
