Bio

Tobias started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company where he worked from 2012 to 2018. During the first years at Bain, Tobias built expertise in post-merger integration, organizational design and transformation projects before he joined the Private Equity Group, where he performed numerous commercial due diligences across industries as well as closely collaborated with management teams on value creation projects for private equity portfolio companies. He joined Bencis in 2019 and works with portfolio companies as well as evaluates new investment opportunities. Tobias holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and is a qualified bank officer.
