Mr. Wynne serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Wynne serves on the Board of Directors of Precision Diagnostics. Mr. Wynne has spent more than 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer in private equity and/or private equity-backed small-cap companies across a variety of industries. For 10+ years he served as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Registered Financial Principal of both Commonwealth Associates LP and ComVest Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity merchant bank where he was instrumental in determining the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the firm’s Executive, Investment and Compensation Committees. Mr. Wynne holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also received his license as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of New York in April 1990.
