Mr. Grzymala is a Vice President at TBG and is responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio company management. Mr. Grzymala joined the firm in 2019. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of ABEA Master Holdings, Inc, Condado Tacos, New England Management Services, Ted’s Cafe, Twin Boro Physical Therapy, and TBG Food Investors. Prior to joining TBG, Mr. Grzymala was an Associate at Goode Partners, a NYC-based middle-market private equity firm focused on the consumer and retail sectors. Prior to Goode, Mr. Grzymala worked at NYC-based private equity firm Altpoint Capital, where he worked on investments in the energy and telecommunications industries. Mr. Grzymala began his career working in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of middle-market investment bank Oppenheimer & Co., where he was a generalist focused on executing M&A and other financial advisory assignments for corporate clients. Mr. Grzymala holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
