Édouard Thomazeau is a Managing Partner. He has over 18 years of experience in private equity. He invests particularly in the Food and B2B Services sectors. Édouard started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and has over 5 years of experience in corporate finance departments, both in France and internationally, including three years in South-East Asia. He then joined the investment fund AtriA Capital Partenaires, which specializes in LBOs of medium-sized and high-growth companies, where he was Investment Partner. For 10 years, Édouard participated in over twenty operations (Household services, B2B services, Real estate and related activities, Industrial carpentry, Process industry, IT) alongside SME managers whom he supported in the takeover of their group and financing their growth and build-up projects. He joined Industries et Finances (now Bee Up Capital) in late 2014, has supported the Climater Group, Daco France and Aerya and currently supports the SDS, Nova Technologies and Gesop groups in their expansion plan. Édouard Thomazeau has co-managed Bee Up Capital with Sophie Pourquéry since summer 2018. They have been working together since 2000.
