Bio

Tim began his career as a corporate and securities lawyer with Davies, Ward and Beck, and later as Vice-President, Corporate Development of Magna International. He then co-founded Apex Capital, completing buyouts of businesses in Canada and the U.S. and, in some cases, operating those businesses. Tim also was Executive Managing Director of BMO Nesbitt Burns responsible for managing over $400 million in capital invested or committed for investment in mid-market companies. He holds B.Eng., M.B.A. and LL.B. degrees and has served on numerous boards.
