Bio

David has significant experience in private equity investing and corporate development. He has been a senior account manager with the Royal Bank, Vice-President of Corporate Development at Lenbrook Inc. and the Managing Director of both the Venture Debt Fund and the Small Business Venture Fund for Royal Bank Ventures Inc. He later held senior roles at HDL Capital Corporation and was most recently the Head of Private Equity of Aquilon Capital Corporation which was acquired by the National Bank. David holds B.A and M.B.A. degrees and has served on numerous boards.
