Jennifer Coupland is a Managing Director focused on structured products. Ms. Coupland has been in the industry since 2004. Prior to Beach Point, Ms. Coupland practiced law as a structured finance attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP where she advised issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on complex financial transactions. Prior to Winston & Strawn, she was an attorney in the corporate group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She was previously a Vice President of Correspondent Lending at Countrywide Home Loans where she focused on whole loan pricing and trading. Ms. Coupland received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
