Bio

Bec Soulsby is an Investment Director at bd-capital, and sits on the Boards of Symprove and Ascenti. Prior to joining bd-capital, Bec worked for more than 5 years at Advent International, working on a number of investment opportunities across Europe in the services, technology, consumer products, leisure and retail sectors. Prior to Advent, Bec worked for The Boston Consulting Group in New York, and prior to that worked at Piper Alderman, a law firm in Australia. Bec received her MSc in Law and Finance, with distinction, from the University of Oxford, and also holds a LL.B (Hons) and a BA from the University of Adelaide.
