Jérôme joined BC Partners in 2012. He is a Partner and Co-Head of Portfolio Operations for Private Equity based in London. Previously, Jérôme worked at KKR Capstone, the Operations team of KKR. Prior to this, he co-founded and then sold a software business to Causeway Technologies, where he went on to serve as COO. Jérôme has also held roles at McKinsey & Company in Belgium and the UK and started his career as a research scientist. MBA, INSEAD; PhD in Physics – highest distinction, McGill University;
