Baily Blair Kempner joined BC Partners in New York in 2021. Previously, Baily was Head of US Strategic Partnerships at Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management), where she was responsible for business development and fundraising with US institutional clients. Prior to this, Baily was a principal at The Abraaj Group focused on investor relations in the Americas. Baily has also served as a director at Endeavor Global, managing a co-investment venture fund and fundraising. Baily began her career at Lehman Brothers (later Neuberger Berman) in the fund of hedge funds group. Baily holds a BA in History from Yale University (cum laude, with distinction) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (with Honors). Baily is also a Kauffman Fellow.
