Matthew Pemberton is a Principal of BBH Capital Partners, where he focuses on investing activities, including sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Matt worked at Kinderhook Industries, where he was involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process. Prior to that, he was at Bain & Company, working primarily in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice areas. Matt also spent time at Insight Venture Partners evaluating new investments and working on strategic initiatives with management teams. Matt is a director or observer on the board of directors of DynaGrid, American Physician Partners, Ethos Veterinary Health and a maritime services company. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
