Bio

Tom is a Principal based in the London office, and Head of H.I.G. Bayside European trading and sourcing. He focuses on European distressed and special situation credit investments. Tom has over 10 years of experience focused on credit investments and trading. Before joining H.I.G., Tom worked in the markets division of Lloyds Bank, where he focused on the trading and sale of distressed and high yield securities and was instrumental in the bank’s asset sell down program after the financial crisis. Prior to Lloyds, Tom worked at Lehman Brothers Europe. Tom received a B.B.A. from the University of Bath and a M.Sc. in Finance from Bayes Business School where he graduated first in his class with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
