Bio

Anjan Mukherjee is a Managing Partner of BayPine. Mr. Mukherjee has two decades of private equity experience, the majority of which was spent at Blackstone, where he was a Senior Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee. He also served in the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Counselor to the Secretary and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions, where he focused on financial institutions policy and global financial markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Mukherjee has led transactions and investment teams across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, chemicals, aerospace and defense, technology services and transportation and logistics. Mr. Mukherjee has significant public and private board experience and currently serves on the boards of Penn Foster Group, Mavis and QualDerm Partners. He has been active with various nonprofit organizations and regularly speaks at industry conferences and seminars. Mr. Mukherjee holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
